The rules at a glance:
Digital products
Digital products, such as crochet and knitting patterns, cannot be returned. Once a digital file has been downloaded, it is not possible to revoke or return it.
Are you having trouble downloading your file or does something seem to be wrong with the pattern? Please feel free to contact us. We're happy to help you.
Physical products
For physical products, a return period of 14 days applies after receipt of your order.
Conditions for returns:
- The product is unused and undamaged
- The product is, if possible, in its original packaging
- Return costs are for the customer's account, unless otherwise agreed
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded within a few business days via the original payment method.
