Digital products

Digital crochet and knitting patterns are not shipped by post. After successful payment, you'll receive the pattern instantly via a download and/or by email.

Haven't received the download or email right away? Please also check your spam or junk mail folder. If you're still stuck, feel free to contact us. We're happy to help.

Physical products

For physical products and crochet and knitting kits, the following applies:

• Orders are shipped within a few business days of receiving payment.

• The current shipping costs are calculated automatically and displayed clearly at checkout.

• For shipping within the Netherlands, shipping costs are €7.25.

• For orders of €60 or more, shipping within the Netherlands is free.

• For shipping to Belgium, shipping costs are €12.95.

• Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a Track & Trace code, if available.

• It's also possible to pick up your order by appointment in Bergen op Zoom. Please contact us beforehand to arrange this.

Delivery time and delays

We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. The stated delivery time is an estimate and may, in exceptional cases, differ.

If an order is delayed, we'll try to inform you about this as soon as possible.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Haaksels en breisels can no longer influence the exact delivery time. However, we remain responsible for the delivery until the order reaches you, to the extent required by law.

Orders can be picked up by appointment in Bergen op Zoom.
