This is the second pattern from Hulka crochet in the shop: a crocheted tompouce. When I saw it, I immediately craved a real one.
The size depends on your yarn. With chenille yarn on a 4.5 to 5 mm hook, it will be approximately 11 cm long and 6 cm wide. If you crochet it with Scheepjes Cotton Create, it will be 6 cm, perfect for a keychain.
